My interpretation of the above is that Syrah will announce an initial 10ktpa plant scheduled to be delivered in H2 2023 with plans to keep increasing capacity by a further 10ktpa each year thereafter perhaps until the 40ktpa target is reached. If correct I'd anticipate a very favourable response by the market, >$2/share here we come!
