What I'd like to see is for Syrah to announce phase 1 with 10kt/pa first with one or more binding MOU to support that.
And before the quarterly announcement in January for SYR to release a partnership agreement to finance 40+kt/pa plant. The quarterly would then prove Balama operations to be cash flow positive.
End of Jan 2022 SP = $7-$8 range
