Twenty-two Victorian GPs, anaesthetists, obstetricians, palliative care specialists and psychiatrists, including Prof Kuravilla George, have joined 150 colleagues interstate to argue gay marriage poses a health risk to society.

what about the many thousands of gay doctors,nurses,paramedics,gyno's,heart and brain surgeons say about that ?
in my view it is mostly objected to by male hetro's who detest the sight of other men kissing and those other gays which i personally dislike being the limp wristed high voiced drama queen attention seekers
but as the father of a beautiful gay lady who dosent care one way or another,her main issue is that until another term or arrangement can be agreed apon by the courts and society etc they have no rights in the eyes of the law and mainstream society cant seem to understand that they love their partners every bit as much as hetro couples do and just like hetro's when they lose their partner they grieve every bit as much,they just want to be accepted in every possible way as human beings
marriage the vehicle to get that in the absence of anything else
