A certificate? But not a marriage certificate....that is between a boy and a girl. Got 3 Homosexuals in my extended family. They think it is a load of headline seekers. Cant do without attention. Go and get a ticket and then get on the back of a truck in your bonds cotton tails and do a dance or pretend you are a cop or a nun and be happy with all that attention.
