Nice one woodgnome, I wonder if it will be as successful as their heap leach project. A pre feas is a long way from go ahead by the way but obviously enough to get the fan club excited.
So they got 600,000 oz, lets be generous and say 1000/oz , thats on 600M over 6 years.
Capex will be at least 200M,
Cash costs of 330/oz thats another 200M
Pay some tax, sustaining capex, cost blowouts ect you have spent another 100M
That leaves 100M left over 6 years at $1000 gold.
Ohh ahh I am excited.
Will never fly until they extend the reserve to at least 2m oz and that doesn't seem likely to me or they wouldn't be bothered with pre feas yet.
Sorry woodgnome but you will have to keep dreaming.
