What else are they going to use to line their small rubbish bins, pick up their dog crap etc?
In our house we have a total of 10 small rubbish bins in which we currently use the grocery plastic bags as bin liners, so yes, we will need to buy "wads" of small garbage bags . All the better for the likes of MCP
