So you're suggesting that it's a clear possibility, that LKO have been singled out for this treatment ? I tend to think there is massive inconsistencies in the rules for onshore and offshore. Can't see any other exploration companies onshore that would have received different treatment from the state government ? Anyone know of any other companies that have been hit hard by this moratorium. You'd think if there were more companies affected, then they'd take out a class action against the VIC government.
