    I've seen a few subholder notices go out for BoA, generally not a good sign for a stock. The americans are the best at manipulation and IMO their influence is significant and growing in our market. perhaps, short of banning shorting (pardon the pun) the regulator needs to monitor certain players and their borrowings, ins and outs.
