from memory - there are a similar number of americans who die from fentanyl ... at the macro level, watso could not care less about how americans go about killing themselves .. their choice .. it is a democracy ..

for what it is worth , but from watso's anecdotal observations - but it is indigenous australians who enjoy their ciggies, and it seems that a lot of indigenous women enjoy a glass of wine (as well as ciggies) during pregnancy (indeed - all the time) and the resultant babies suffer from fetal alcohol syndrome ..
