Ban tobacco but legalise other drugs at the same time?
We need some consistency. It would be better to really ban and treat seriously only the most evil drugs (Ice, Fentanyl, etc). Legalise the others and issue on prescription to take the criminals out of it.
Those few drugs banned should be strongly banned. Those taking them are the root cause of the crime and should be imprisoned .
