MML do seem to have a serious problem in terms of the objective presentation of information. All the positive news is issued with great fanfare in individual RNSes. Any negative news is hidden away several pages into corporate presentations. This sort of behaviour is far more typical of shyster AIM companies than fully listed companies.
Rather than behave in this dubious manner, MML should just state how they intend to manage their cash going forward. If due to the fall in the PoG and so as to maintain a positive cash balance through the completion of work at the Co-O mine, they need to postpone all work on Bananghilig for a few months, so be it. I am sure investors will understand.
Hiding away behind presentations is not the way to go.
By the way, why is the SP being quite so hard hit in Oz?
