In a pan barbecue on the charcoal webber the following:
1½ cups burghul wheat or Israeli cuscus.
2 - 3 figs or stone fruit cut into quarter.
1 diced onion.
¼ cup olive oil.
⅓ cup currants or the like.
¼ dozen pressed garlic.
2 tablespoons tomato paste or ½ cup semi dried tomatoes.
1½ teaspoons allspice.
½ cup walnut halves lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
