Can report several years ago, we tried to set up an alternative banking account with WBC for our superannuation fund. Should have been simple and straightforward but no, untrained and unsupervised junior officer, struggled from the outset. Trying to rectify was even worse, never went back to any WBC Branch since. As to your post for WBC, cannot argue with that, there for all to see, long way from pre GFC sp and dividends (worse after compounding inflation adjustment), different management but new team has not measured up. ANZ, NAB and WBC remain 1980's banks.
