What a nonsensical post, hard to follow that type of logic and thinking, comparing the equivalent service quality in a fast-food outlet (no disrespect intended) and a bank account for superannuation with a major Australin bank. If you were up to the comprehension of my post, the central issue was with the management role with supervision and training of the employee and ability to deal with a customer issue.
