They already told the market on the 10/10 the shares had a intrisic value of 0.6c a share to value MNZ at $1.4m , when the dilution comes to MNZ compared to new shares issued to DealsDirect that $1.4m worth is all you get imo. You then either get to buy more shares in MNZ if they are offered for a cap raising or you buy on market like everyone else. Do i buy a few hundred dollars worth of MNZ at inflated prices to get more in a Dealsdirect cap raising. Who on here has actually shopped there. Have to see their figures first and growth numbers.
