I think you make some good points there Malmanu. I think there are many ifs and buts here and we are still all rather in the dark as to the terms of any deal struck with DealsDirect if indeed at all! And if there is a deal, where will the top 3 or so shareholders stand. Will they stay in or exit? Presumably their current stakeholdings are for leverage into a deal that will favour their individual company objectives over and above the other!
So we are all speculating at this stage and maybe there is a need for some caution. I am holding myself off from jumping on any more shares until there is some clarity on a deal. Good luck to all.
