Timbo called 10 cents
based on my mere guesses, if $15m was raised at 10 cents, there would be 400m shares on issue
EPS on $6m NPAT would be 1.5 cents
share price target on PE ration x 10 = 15 cents
10 cent capital raising is very poor return for investors
6 cent capital raising would give investors 100% return
raising at around 4 cents would give 140% return
however, there would be interest costs and the assumption of 10% NPAT margin is pretty fat
3 to 4 cent cap raising seems reasonable
