Last night on the Discovery channel they broadcast a live video stream of a little robot crawling through a pipe inside Cheops pyramid. WPL & HDR should follow this initiative. As an information junkie pressing the refresh button 100 times a day waiting for the latest information, I'd like to see the following internet broadcasts:

- rig cam, four cameras on the rig, indoors and out, so we can see the expression on the drillers faces and the Mauritanian sunsets.

- drill cam, two cameras on the drill bit, top and bottom with a hydrocarbon sensor

- ted cam, teds pulse rate broadcast live

These broadcasts would be limited to shareholders after logging on to the HDR, WPL websites. If my sons day care centre can provide a web cam for $25pm, and this drilling costing a purported $1m per day, the cost would be relatively insignificant, yet due to the novelty of the idea it would generate worldwide interest with positive impact on the share price of the partners. It would also ensure a fully informed market in real time.
