here is my attempt at translating it:
cased and cemented hole to 11110', tested blowout preventer, tested casing, circulated BTMS???, performed formation integrity test (FIT) which failed, run in hole with retrievable test treat squeeze (RTTS) tools to sqz (squeeze?) shoe.
