I am no geologist or whatever, but I have to read that the 1C (15mmmbo) is deemed by them to be at least 90% certain. It must be noted however that the market has never appeared to accept that. you should read the CVN/RISC info last August, including the fine print.
The 2C similiarly by defintion 50%.
