    Did anyone actually read this submission ?

    NCR are embroiled in a corruption scandal over the issue of its licences.

    The NSW govt has run a mile and no way in hell will they back down and expose themselves to allegations of further corruption to suit the agenda of an ASX listed minnow like NuCoal !

    Anyway, good luck to those stupid enough to bet against the Govt !
