Yes, definitely.. not sure whether to break the rules and set it down lower... thoughts? But anyhow, that gap sure is far away, volume increase I assumed that was the point of significant buying by the recent substantial holders to cause the gap?

Not too sure if that really needs to be filled though? I guess it's always been a "TA" thing that gaps should tend to be filled... not too sure I understand the sense behind it as much as other aspects explained by TA....

If it does go back down to 36c though then the up-trend would have definitely broken.. think the trend line currently extends to the low 40's at least... unless i've drawn incorrectly?!
