Not sure of the reason for the discourse I simply made the observation that you seem "happy" to give away value (200,000 Shares for nil consideration). I have no interest nor do I care if you are successful, whatever that may mean.
Im happy to pay market salaries to general employees and for management to have reasonable salaries to do what they are supposed to do. Im happy to reward management and staff for jobs well done with a bonus. In this case I cant see where SH value has been improved to warrant the bonus.
IMO giving management shares for free, where they are already being paid a salary, without long term Escrow provisions does not provide the alignment which is often touted as the reason for issue.
