Well Said, R-A-F. It is something that sticks in my throat too. He's getting a good salary but performance rights are on top of that and are absolutely free. These rights have 2 effects. They line the recipient's pocket and they dilute any benefits to shareholders (and we haven't seen much of that.). Please take note, Mr. Chairman!
