Rode this beast a lot of the way down, sold the house as a result.
Sh*t happens for a reason, you just have to turn it into good sh*t.
Bought back in lower and will hopefully/eventually buy a better house and be far wiser.
Why am I comfortable this will hopefully happen, because SYDNEYGUY is now a bull for NCM.
Wished I had listened to him as a bear, I would not have had to sell my house.
