How you can draw a similarity with GIPs initial banking syndicate draft agreement which mentions a coupon rate that the company is obviously happy with as opposed to Alkane who are shopping for a "rate" & "bankers", the only difference between the two is this was what GIP was doing six years ago. ALK has a much larger funding requirement, good luck with a competitive rate from greedy Australian Bankers.

I would be surprised if there is not an announcement in the next 60 days or less that the International Finance Corporation of Africa ( member World bank Group ) has signed up to the syndicate as well.
