Longer term loans, equity share plans were all introduced in the late 80's early 90's
many came to regret entering some of these schemes
but the market did recover and get over it
How?
an 8 - 10 year period of very low growth and in amny cases declines in values until wages caught up with the prices and property became affordable again
the late 80's early 90's boom saw property prices double
it took 8 - 10 years to as you put it "get over it"
this boom we have just experienced properties have increase at times 3-4 times in value
but I know
"It is different this time" like we have not heard that before
