If value drops 50% leaves 400k still 100% ahead on zero. Highly unlikely but lets humour you. Hard to beat. Not all areas bad time to buy - some good stuff out there -everyones circumstances are different.We are talking leverage and by all your indications and bbs you guys just don't get it. That is the key - leverage esp in the long term! Must DYOR.Banks now will not risk dodgy deals and if it all stacks up who are you to say its the wrong time. Heard it all before. When you embark on realestate investing you are a fool -when it goes up - you are lucky.
