might have been a bopo card, this is like a credit card that you have to have funds in to use, so its really a debit card with the same atributes as a credit card, can be any age and dont need all the hassles as in getting a normal card, my kids have them....google bopo for more info, alternately you could use a store card, say a $50 coles/kmart prepaid card, this is an easier option depending what you want to do with it...cheers grant
