From a legal perspective it doesn't sound like being a criminal fraud offence, although you have it would appeared suffered a detriment to some extent?

Sounds more like a civil matter, perhaps you could contact COSL - Credit Ombudsman?

You can try the following:

1. Banking Ombudsman in your state or territory; AND / OR

2. If you have a tribunal in your state commence proceedings in the tribunal ... usually quick and cheap ... if you are in nsw use www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au
