That is really good news. The covenants are off, a new line of credit is available on normal terms if required and the result comes in time for the annual reporting season. The AMA Board has done a magnificent job over the past few years in restructuring the business and it is pleasing to see their work and vision paying off now. Among other things, they can move to a 6-monthly dividend, look out for acquisitions which may present themselves and really make this company zing. Great stuff!
