Whilst withdrawn, the debt issued under the guarantee will continue to be guaranteed until it runs off at contractual maturity date.
As to impact on banks share price, they had been issuing a lot of debt without the guarantee as this was cheaper. Thus, do not see any impact on the share prices of the banks.
Suspect MQG and SUN might raise a load more before it runs out just in case GFC2 hits with a vengeance. All the banks have been lengthening their debt profile which adds to costs
