We recently sold our house to move interstate and will soon have the proceeds in the bank (until we buy another house). I am *very* happy that the government is ensuring that we will not lose everything; we've already lost big-time on the stockmarket. I am also glad that there is no limit. A 100k limit would be hopeless for us.
