Target price $30 plus after the current softness. They are defensive and diversified - I think they'll do well in the medium term. They have a guaranteed significant income stream from their property portfolio / JV with Goodman including a huge lease with for warehousing with huge MNCs globally. They have strong stock holdings via legacy Soul Patts cross-shareholding. Materials are cream on top of this one.
