Agree this is a time to "nibble". I'm was planning to stay "hibernating" a while longer but am a buyer here with some powder in reserve.
Headwinds for BKW include rising interest rates leading to lower valuations on the realestate as well as higher input costs for material production and in turn perhaps a slow down in construction.
Worth noting that in Australia BKW has gas on contract from Santos at much, much lower spot prices. In fact BKW CEO has said in the media recently that if BKW was to pay spot price for energy in Aus. he would shut the Australian ops down and bring in the bricks from the USA!
The question is will this be somewhat offset against what should be some crazy high cash flow through the dividend stream via SOL and NHC?
