It sure has been a long haul. I bought in feb 2002. I don't know when you jumped on board but early last year everyone was praising pat for getting theprice to 20c, not so much for selling his big bundle. A lot of people, not including myself, made a heap out of the run.
My version of the run has to do with our other director Robin Armstrong. PV played his masterstroke hand in luring the Findlays director onto the board 0n 18/9/06 when the S/p was lingering around 3c and going nowhere after our other major holder Yu abdicated allowing ANZ Nominees to buy in. Shortly after the price went to 8c around AGM time ( I recall because I was there). Dec- Jan then saw the price go from 8c-13c after a lull back to 11c and then saw the big run to 20c in Mar-Apr. Now this was all on the back of the Aquenox entitlements and a piece of paper
saying CNN had been granted licences to the tenements in Botswana. Where did the buyers come from as over 200m changed hands in a 3 month period there. Who did PV and Polarity sell there 20m to? Enter Mr Armstrong I believe with his clout at Findlays. These were good times still with plenty of money being thrown at speccies, good uraniun prices and upbeat forecasts.
Times are a lot tougher now, where investors wont throw money at licence notices, where investing will warrant real news and thats why its going to take time. Getting the resources to complete work for CNN, ACB and BML at the same time will be a difficult task imo.
Thats why its get in line and why if they have just completed an aerial survey it could be up to 6 months before we get any really good news I believe.
So I am resigned to waiting for Santa to turn up with a lovely present.
