The fact it was marked as market sensitive with a denial they would get into trouble if they turn around and purchase HUM.
Similar rumours went around for BOQ with their purchase of ME bank, and they never made a market sensitive annoucement in denial of that.
Is BOQ were in talks for a take over of HUM, they could of just said nothing...
I have no doubt BOQ were in talks but have pulled out.
