    Quick question


    A friend had canceled monthly transactions that were being taken out of hes account. Due to a bank error the transactions were made and the bank as since told him that it is now up to him to go and get the money back.

    Is the bank liable for this money?? and if so what is the best course of action to take to see that the bank returns it??
