It is just usurped buy the Govt., with legislation that most of us have no idea of.
The law of course takes the arrogant attitude that "ignorance of the Law is no excuse". But how can on be informed of that, which one has no knowledge of its existence. So this is just one ACT of which we readers here are now informed. I once had need to consult THE BANKING ACT. I found over a 100,000 matches out of some 9,000,000. Yes 9 million. Almost no one on the face of the Earth, could be conversant with all that verbiage.
