There are going to be heaps of Australian "sales representative firms" set up with a single registered director and many more firms moving their real corporate function overseas with Australian "shadow directors". Taxation of such structures will be near impossible or at least impossible to enforce.

But then, maybe they would be welcomed and looked after ???? which they are not when here
