    Qantas is no better… had an account with frequent flyer since 1994 but I can’t access it on the internet, unless I update my info.

    The odd thing, I can access all the Info over the phone except for using the credits to book a flight

    Ringing the call centre and being integrated about ur ID info, and confirming ur details isn’t sufficient to get access to ur account.

    They want u to send all ur details by the most unsecured digital format - email!

    This farce had been going for over 3 years and I simply fly with Virgin internally.
