Because there is a deadset bubble there, the rest of Australia is wounded, people simply cant afford to live, hit up Bloomberg or The Australia & read the articles from Lowes speech the other day, these guys dont make these comments for ships and giggles.

If we have one hiccup in Australia the rest of the country will tumble, everyone in North Queensland are excited because of all the after cyclone work, I personally advertised on social media for a couple of labourers and got in excess of 100 applicants.
