I actually think that by 2016, there will be spare port capacity for anyone who has a viable mine.

If the AUD stays up, most Thermal mines in Queensland will be in the process of closing/mothballing.

Viable Thermal mines will be hard to come by. Nothing in the Surrat. No chance for undegrounds. Rolleston if they don't need to wash. Likes of Xstrata's Wondowan and Gallalie Projects will be on hold for decades.
