    If you consider SEQld major metropolitan, then yes, contracts falling over on valuation is a lot more common than you think and is becoming increasingly so.

    Valuers are also reporting a lot more mortgagee in possession valuations quietly coming back into fashion like around the GFC. Could get interesting ....
