All of this will obviously lead to a massive decrease in the aspiration and ambition of society's independent thinkers and hard workers...which will flow on to the rest of those downstream.....

The system which has built our societal wealth and ambition etc (ie - Capitalism) will be slowly be replaced by Socialism, which will then be replaced by Marxism....to Communism...and then of course Fascism/Totalitarianism.
