    Their fine of $2.9 billion appears to be only a fraction of their cash holdings....

    Given the seriousness - I would have expected GS to be shut down & liquidated!!

    But, then again, I suppose the DOJ only has to be seen to be doing the right thing....(as he shakes his head in disbelief).
