    n your 15 years you must have missed the large number of USA bank failures from 2009 - almost 450 failures in 4 years from 2009 to 2012. The USA bank system currently has significant issues and many more failures would gave occurred in 2023 but for action by the Fed. The problems lie with the smaller and regional banks. Lots more Bank failures will in my view see a spike in POG but will have only a small longer term impact on POG
