I do have an issue with the state of property valuation and ultra low IR hence based on this view I have missed CBA reversal. Equity is where the cap gains are or equity index funds. Gold is good lazy asset class where the investor is happy with no divvy presumably having too much $$ and looking to protect valuation with little rewards in fix deposit.
Gold producers is another issue with the good, bad and ugly like all sectors. Gold requires constant events driven fright. If Iran crisis is a good lesson, virus will die out. Doombangers are predicting 60M deaths and I presume have little skin collectively because equity markets are discounting such wild scenarios.
If I may add, Fuddles who constantly reminds me of the glorious Gold and useless fiat system is being oxymoronic by punting in gas Specs.
