EU finance ministers are meeting in Brussels today to start banging heads about the problems facing Europe including Brexit and the banking crisis. Also on the agenda is what they are going to do about Portugal and Spain being in violation of government overspending rules. They better tread carefully because "the people" are beginning to speak.
