bank west lost out, page-4

I have always had a mortgage with Bankwest in fact three at present, going against the policy of use more than one bank for borrowing, this has been over the last 14 years. May this year our 5 year fixed mortgage finished at 6.95%, so in March we entered talks with our broker for the best deal available, Bankwest came up again, we wanted another bank but they offered on paper a better deal, FIVE months later we finalsed the mortgage at 6.85%, those five months give them 2k extra from us ( 7.6% ), our fault maybe but sending us forms with different addresses, twice, yes twice,remortgaging the same house but changing road to street on their paperwork, new paperwork was required, valuation not required but then required, well it was just one big p### take. Next March we will be coming out of anther fixed mortgage but I think bye bye to Bankwest. Do they now have a policy to take advantage of lazy customers and not focus to much on new customers.
